Adojuru is a map of memory, longing, and becoming-a collection of poems that unravel the journey of self through scattered moments, quiet reckonings, and the slow work of piecing oneself back together. Divided into four sections ( Scattered, Searching, Shaping, and Seen ) this collection traces the edges of vulnerability and transformation, holding space for those still finding their way. With a voice both lyrical and unflinching, Sandra Okuboyejo writes of longing, self-reclamation, and the fragile, powerful act of being known.
