Rezensionen
"This volume investigates the many environmental hurdles that stand before food security and provides perspective on how these challenges need to be understood before we can solve them.... The book comprises ten chapters dealing with different environmental challenges.... [It] would be a valuable reference and textbook in food and nutrition security courses, as well as for policy makers and scientists working in this field." - Professor Gunnar Sigge (Stellenbosch University), FST Magazine, April 2023
