Joseph S. Chen is a Professor of Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management at Indiana University (Bloomington), USA. He is a co-author of a textbook titled Sustainability in the Hospitality Industry: Principles of Sustainable Operations. His research areas include Arctic tourism, tourist experiences, and sustainability.
