Akshay Kumar received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in science from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India in 2010 and 2012, and his Ph.D. degree major in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India in 2017. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun in India. He currently teaching LLP and probability and statistics at B.Sc.(H) level and has taught group theory, numerical methods, business statistics, discrete mathematics, engineering mathematics-III, and at PG level has taught OR, linear algebra and discrete structure. He is a regular reviewer for more than 43 international journals including for Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, MDPI, Cambridge University Press, World Scientific, River Publishers, IGI Global and many other publishers. He has published 80 plus research papers in communications in statistics - Simulation and Computation, Emerald, Inderscience, International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences, IGI Global, MDPI, Cambridge Scientific, Springer Nature, Elsevier Multimedia Tools and Applications and many other national and international journals of repute and has presented his works at national and international conferences. Also, he has published 3 books (edited) with international publishers like River Publishers, De Gruyter and IGI Global. His fields of research are reliability theory, fuzzy reliability, and signature reliability. Dr. Mangey Ram received his Ph.D. degree major in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India in 2008. He has been a Faculty Member for around fifteen years and has taught several core courses in pure and applied mathematics at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate levels. He is currently the Research Professor at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, India. Before joining Graphic Era, he was a Deputy Manager (Probationary Officer) with Syndicate Bank for a short period. He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences; Journal of Reliability and Statistical Studies; and Journal of Graphic Era University, and Series Editor of six Book Series with Elsevier, CRC Press, Walter De Gruyter, River Publishers and the guest editor and associate editor for various journals. He has published 400 plus publications (journal articles/books/book chapters/conference articles) in IEEE, Taylor & Francis, Springer Nature, Elsevier, Emerald, World Scientific and many other national and international journals and conferences. Also, he has published more than 60 books (authored/edited) with international publishers like Elsevier, Springer Nature, CRC Press, Walter De Gruyter, and River Publishers. His fields of research are reliability theory and applied mathematics. Dr. Ram is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and Senior Life Member of the Operational Research Society of India, the Society for Reliability Engineering, Quality and Operations Management in India, and Indian Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics. He has been a member of the organizing committee of a number of international and national conferences, seminars, and workshops. He was conferred with the "Young Scientist Award" by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology, Dehradun, in 2009. He was awarded the "Best Faculty Award" in 2011; the "Research Excellence Award" in 2015; and "Outstanding Researcher Award" in 2018 for his significant contribution to academics and research at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun, India. Also, he has received the ""Excellence in Research of the Year - 2021 Award" by the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand State, India, and the "Emerging Mathematician of Uttarakhand" state award by the Director, Uttarakhand Higher Education. Recently, he received the "Distinguished Service Award - 2023" for the subject and nation development by Vijñ¿na Parishad of India.
