Prof. (Dr.) Nihal Anwar Siddqui is Director of Centre of Excellence, Occupational Health, Safety, Fire, and Environment, at GD Goenka University. Dr. Siddiqui specializes in the area of safety management, occupational health and safety, environmental pollution, environmental monitoring and control techniques. In his 28 years of career, Dr. Siddiqui has worked on different organization like Institute of Environment & Management, Lucknow, Paryacon Engineers, Environmental Engineering Division of Central Pulp and Paper Research Institute as a scientist. Dr. Siddiqui did some of the pioneer works in the area of odor monitoring and providing control technology along with Finland scientist. Dr. Siddiqui was also associated with Health, Safety, and Environment Dept. of ICEM college, Muscat, Oman which is affiliated to University of Central Lancashire, UK. Prof. Vikram Garaniya has over 20 years of experience in applied environmental, reliability, and safety engineering. He is currently Head of the Department and Associate Dean of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at RMIT University, one of Australia’s leading engineering institutions. Under his leadership, the department has excelled in research areas such as clean energy, sustainable waste management, water management, and environmental remediation, with a focus on humanitarian engineering and sustainability. Before joining RMIT, Professor Garaniya served as Director of the National Centre at the University of Tasmania, where he collaborated with stakeholders to enhance learning, research, and community engagement. He has held various senior leadership roles, including Associate Head of Research and Course Coordinator. Dr. Ashutosh Gautam obtained his Master Degree (Chemistry) from Garhwal University, Srinagar (Garhwal) in 1985 and Doctor of Philosophy (Chemistry) from the H.N.B. Garhwal University in 1989. In addition Dr. Gautam Obtained M.A. in Sociology from Uttarakhand Open University in 2019, P.G. Diploma in Health, Safety and Environment from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in 2020 and P.G. Diploma in Environmental Law and Policies from  National Law University in 2022. Dr. Gautam is a fellow member of several environmental organizations and academic bodies. He has more than 100 research papers/articles and radio talks to his credit. Dr. Gautam has authored/edited more than 15 books related to Environment and Sustainable Development. Dr. Gautam Co-supervised more than 10 Ph.D. Scholars. Dr. Abhishek Nandan is Associate Professor at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. His areas of interest are ambient and indoor air quality improvement techniques, drinking water and industrial effluent treatment strategies, conversion of waste to wealth and Sustainable development techniques. He has worked in several internal and external funded projects as investigator. He has published more than 50 international journal papers and edited book chapters. His major patents include Cancer Risk Assessment tool using Python Language, Indoor air pollution control by application of IoT and Water Filtration System using bio-adsorbents. Dr. Prasenjit Mondal is Associate Professor at Centre of Excellence in Occupational Health, Safety, Fire, and Environment of GD Goenka University, Gurgaon. His area of interest is drinking water and industrial effluent treatment strategies, conversion of waste to wealth, ambient and indoor air quality improvement techniques, industrial hazard, and risk analysis. During his Ph.D., he developed a low budget and highly efficient drinking water filtration system using organic adsorbent. He has worked in several internal and external funded projects as an investigator. He has published more than 50 international journal papers and edited book chapters. His major patents includes Cancer Risk Assessment tool using Python language, indoor air pollution control by application of IoT, and water filtration system using bio-adsorbents.
