John Vehre is a national master and correspondence senior master, who enjoys playing all kinds of games. Chess and chess variants remain his true passions, but he has also dabbled in science fiction and historical simulations. When not staring at a board game, he can be found on a pickle ball court usually chasing after all the shots he missed! He and his wife, Beth live in Greenville, Ohio and this is his first book.
