Chumakov Sergey Anatolyevich nació en 1977, en la República de Kazajstán.En 2004 se graduó de la Academia de Medicina en 2008 defendió su tesis, trabajando en el Departamento de Neurología y Psiquiatría de la Academia de Medicina del Sur de Kazajstán.
