Dr. Teboho Motaboli ist ein Mosotho-Amerikaner, panafrikanistischer Akademiker, Schriftsteller und Wissenschaftler. Er erwarb einen BA (Hons) an der Universität von Ghana, Westafrika. MA ED von der Universität Bath, Großbritannien. Promotion an der University of the Free State, Südafrika. Er unterrichtete über 25 Jahre lang internationale Bildung in Lesotho.
