It is imperative that the world's decision-makers raise awareness and, why not, bring international pressure to bear, even though they include those who commit atrocities in Africa and throughout the world. And that the problem of migratory flows in black Africa, caused by armed conflicts, will remain interminable if they continue to turn a blind eye, and pretend, to the harmful effects of the latter; directly disrupting the economic, political and social conditions of well-being of its African peoples. It should also be pointed out that the effects of war have a crucial impact on the environment, natural resources and biodiversity. These resources are fraudulently exploited and diverted into illicit trade, threatening the extinction of certain species of flora and fauna. This is due to the irresponsibility of African leaders who only come to power to enrich themselves. Hence the need for these peoples to revolt or demand recolonization.
