Soilihi Mohamed ist Doktor des öffentlichen Rechts und der Politikwissenschaften und hat eine Ausbildung absolviert, die juristische Forschung und die Analyse sozialer Dynamiken miteinander verbindet. Er lehrt und forscht am Centre Universitaire de Patsy der Universität der Komoren. Er interessiert sich für die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Recht, Gesellschaft und Regierungsführung.
