The aim of our research was to contribute to the promotion of household economic and health power, based on agricultural production in the Nyambuye zone. Three research questions were formulated: Does agricultural production contribute to improving the economic and health status of households in the Nyambuye zone? Are stakeholders aware of the associated factors and the economic and health risks associated with declining agricultural production in the Nyambuye zone? Does agricultural production influence the promotion of the economic and health power of different categories of households in the Nyambuye zone? Given the requirements of our subject, we used both qualitative and quantitative methods, favouring the qualitative data coding system to achieve reliable results. Using Alain Bouchard's sampling technique, we surveyed 2,132 people, including 1,913 households, 6 community health workers, 205 local government officials and 8 religious leaders.
