Udemeobong Nkereuwem Thomas nasceu a 16 de abril de 1987 na Nigéria. Obteve a licenciatura e o mestrado com distinção dupla em Ciência Política e Administração Pública na Universidade de Uyo, na Nigéria, e na Universidade Europeia de Lefke, no Chipre, respetivamente (2017 e 2019). Obteve ainda o doutoramento em Ciência Política.
