Dr. Jiayan Fu is a postdoctoral researcher of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, a WELL Accredited Professional, member of the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Prefabrication in Civil Engineering, Deputy Secretary General of the Digital Architecture Branch of The Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC), member of the Computational Design Committee of the Architectural Society of China (ASC), and member of DigitalFUTURES Association. She has been dedicated to the design and research of rural revitalization, and digital architecture. She has particularly focused on carbon emission calculation and optimization of digital architecture in recent years. Fu has served as the visiting scholar at The University of Hongkong (2015), and National University of Singapore (2016). Fu has hosted multiple national or provincial projects, including Secondary Subject of ‘14th Five-Year Plan’ National Key Research and Development Program of China (No. 2023YFC380690104), and Open Project of 2022 Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Hilly Region Urban and Rural Human Settlement Environment Science (No. HNU-SAP-KF220202). Fu has participated in architecture design practice in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Hainan, Yunnan for more than 10 years. Dr. Xuan Zong is a professor of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, member - Sports and Leisure Work Programme of the International Union of Architects, member of the External Exchange Committee of the Architectural Society of China (ASC), member of the Sports Architecture Branch of the Architectural Society of China (ASC), member of the Digital Architecture Branch of The Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC), and member of the Female Designer Branch of The Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC). She has been dedicated to the design and research of large-scale public buildings, long-span structures, and sports architecture. She has particularly focused on the performance and the evaluation of sports architecture in recent years. Zong has served as the visiting professor at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2024). Her work has been recognized with notable awards, including Shanghai Educational Evaluation Association 2022 Higher and Further Education ‘Excellent Online Courses’, 2021 the Second Prize for the National Excellent Textbook, the National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award, the First Prize for Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award, etc. Zong has successively participated in the design and research of various sports facilities, including the Nantong Sports and Exhibition Center for the Jiangsu Provincial Games, Changshu Sports Center, the Beijing University Gymnasium (the table tennis venue for the 2008 Beijing Olympics), and the Tongji University Swimming Pool, among others. Dr. Philip F. Yuan is a professor and associate dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, Honorary Fellow of American Institute of Architecture (Hon. FAIA), the deputy director of the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Prefabrication in Civil Engineering, director of Shanghai Digital Architecture Fabrication Technology Center (SFAB), director of the Digital Architecture Branch of The Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC), and deputy director of the Computational Design Committee of the Architectural Society of China (ASC). He is also the co-founder of DigitalFUTURES Association, Editor-in-Chief of Architectural Intelligence journal, and founding partner of Archi-Union Architects & Fab-Union Technology. Yuan has served as Thomas Jefferson professor at University of Virginia (2019), the visiting professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2019), and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (2021). He has also served as council member of UIA Professional Practice Commission (PPC). He has been invited to the lectures at NSF, INNOCHAIN, Harvard University, MIT, Columbia University, ETH, and has given keynote speeches at conferences such as ACADIA, CAADRIA, CAAD FUTURE, ROBARCH, FABRICATE, SIGRADI¿IAAS¿DESIGN MODELING SYMPOSIU, etc. in recent years. Yuan was attributed with UIA 2023 The Auguste Perret Prize for Technology in Architecture. His work has been recognized with notable awards, including 2022 AIA Open International Architecture Honor Award, 2022 Dezeen Award Best Civic Building, 2020 ACADIA Innovative Academic Program Award of Excellence etc. Yuan has participated in Venice biennale, Chicago biennale, Milan triennial, Tallin biennale, Buenos Aires International Architecture biennial, etc. His works have been collected by MOMA New York, M+ Hong Kong and Centre National d'art et de Culture Georges Pompidou
