The aim of this research is to analyse the Jus Postulandi institute and the need for a legal professional in the Special Civil Courts. This is a bibliographical study. The technique used was bibliographical research (secondary sources) and documentary research (primary sources). It emerges from the study that legal professionals are extremely important in helping all citizens to have the right of access to justice and the judiciary. Társis Fellipe Ferreira Prado, titulaire d'une licence en droit du Centre universitaire Promove de Minas Gerais, a été stagiaire pendant deux ans à la Cour de justice de Minas Gerais (TJMG), plus précisément au Tribunal civil spécial de Belo Horizonte. Auteur du livre : Uma análise do Instituto Jus postulandi.
