Jaime Olarte is a political scientist and data scientist with a Master's in Latin American Political Studies from the National University of Colombia. With extensive professional experience in both the academic and business sectors, Jaime has consistently driven meaningful societal change through his work. He has served as a data analyst and consultant, leading pivotal projects such as analyzing the relationship between violence and education in Colombia, providing critical insights that inform public policy. As a teacher at the Education Secretary of Bogota, Jaime integrated data analysis into curricula to enhance educational strategies and foster critical thinking and improved academic performance. Jaime's diverse experience also includes roles as an assistant professor at the National University of Colombia, where he combined public policy expertise with data analysis to enrich curriculum content and support strategic decisions. Additionally, his early career as a social sciences and philosophy teacher at Autogestion Colombia Foundation involved developing training programs for vulnerable populations, emphasizing data analysis and public policy. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Jaime brings a multicultural perspective to his work.
