Organic Photoconductors were studied since the early 19th century and extensive research work had been made in exploring the electrical properties of organic materials. In this book, we studied the effect of change in dielectric constant with increase in concentration of (SrTiO3) nano particles. Similarly the results obtained from LCR Impedance analysis was compared with different results to compare feasibility of LCR measurement technique and its future prospects in characterization of new class of Organic dielectrics.

Juned A Foda received B.E. in Electronics in 2012 from D.N.PATEL College of Engineering and M.Tech Degree in Electronics & Communication in 2014 from R.I.T.S College of Engineering Hyderabad. His area of interest includes wireless communication & Electronics Circuit Design. He is at present working as Assistant Professor at JIEMS,Akkalkuwa, India.
