Xianmei Fang a commencé sa formation musicale en 2011 au Conservatoire central de musique de Pékin, où elle a étudié le piano avec le professeur Yameng Huang et l'orgue avec le professeur Fanxiu Shen. En 2023, elle a été admise à l'Université Mozarteum pour étudier l'orgue avec le professeur Hannfried Lucke et le clavecin avec le professeur Florian Birsak.
