Born in Actopan, Hidalgo, Mexico, on August 31, 1972, he is a Bacteriological and Parasitological Chemist, Specialist in exfoliative cytology, Master in chemical biological sciences by the I.P.N. and Research Professor at the Polytechnic University of Pachuca. Author of several academic and popular science works.
