Né en 1983 G.C., l'auteur a obtenu son premier diplôme de l'université de Jimma (B.A. en gestion des affaires en 2003 G.C.) et a obtenu un MSc en économie agricole de l'université de Wollega (2016). Il a servi dans différentes organisations gouvernementales à différents titres. Maintenant, il travaille à l'université de Wollega, campus de Shambu, en tant qu'expert supérieur en qualité de l'éducation.
