This study deals with the evaluation of performance data from the TTM - Test Traffic Measurement project in the New Projects Group at the RIPE NCC. Here we introduce new methods and tools to help draw conclusions on the performance when comparing IP4 and IPv6 delay data. Michael Swoboda has a master degree in Information Technology and was working for the RIPE NCC based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The RIPE NCC is one of five Regional Internet Registries providing Internet services for Europe, Middle East and parts of Central Asia.
