Produktbeschreibung
This work analyzes how an innovative educational model provides new opportunities to adolescents who have faced experiences of school failure in vulnerable contexts. Through a case study in the Tacurú Pedagogical Areas Program, key educational practices that favor the permanence and success of students are explored, such as emotional bonding, care for the institutional climate and curricular flexibility. These strategies not only guarantee the right to education, but also reconnect young people with learning in an environment that respects their unique needs and contexts. The analysis, based on interviews, surveys, participant observation and documentary review, also identifies pending challenges to strengthen the proposal, such as the need to systematize information, coordinate with other educational actors and provide greater follow-up to graduates. This book invites us to reflect on how institutions can become spaces for educational reintegration and improvement, offering a second opportunity to transform the lives of those who need it most.
