Dayuris González Fernández, licenciada em Educação Primária e Mestre em Ciências da Educação, coordena o curso no Centro Universitário Municipal de Jiguaní. Com 16 anos de experiência, ela pesquisou como ensinar a história local e despertar o interesse pelo passado aborígene de Jiguaní nas crianças em idade escolar.
