Lynn Thompson is a wife, mother to two children, a nanny to her grandchildren, and a business owner. Lynn and Ray now have two daughters and two grandchildren. Establishing her family in a small community has put a calling in her to take responsibility for encouraging and building up the leaders around her family. Having grandchildren now has created even more urgency to plant seeds of faith in the next generation.Lynn is a leader with a servant-hearted leader with a Kingdom mindset. She has spent many years encouraging and developing leaders in the local church. Her wisdom and knowledge speak to those around her as she listens to God's promptings in her daily life.
