Laura Baker is a prolific, versatile, and acclaimed children's author. She has written and edited all sorts of different books for children and teens, from fact books and story books to activity and craft-tivity. She has written about farms, castles, rocks and even talking onions! Laura grew up in Canada but now lives in a lovely coastal town in South Wales with her husband, two sons and big basset hound dog Marc Pattenden is a self-taught illustrator from Lewes, East Sussex. He works digitally with the aim of creating colorful engaging work, full of texture and atmosphere. He finds inspiration in gallery shows, museums, books, and funny things his 3 year old says. Marc always finds the process of illustration a totally joyful experience and is very glad to have made a career out of it. He hopes to be drawing beautiful pictures for many years to come.
