Professor Emeritus Dr. Lisa Kemmerer worked in academia for 20 years at Montana State University. Internationally known for her engaging presentations and groundbreaking publications she is the founder and director of the information-sharing non-profit Tapestry, which envisions a world where all living beings and the earth itself are treated with care, dignity, and respect. Kemmerer's ongoing, long legacy of research and writing focuses on animal ethics, environment ethics, and intersectional oppressions.
