Ryan B. Bloom (Oakland, CA) is an engineering manager for Covalent Technologies, and lead developer of Apache 2.0. He has been active in Apache 2.0 development since 1998, when it first began, and he is currently Vice President of the Apache Portable Run-Time project for the Apache Software Foundation.
