The evaluation system doesn't work well especially in the third nation. Actually, this happens also in the first nation. When I worked as a quality consultant at Libyan companies, I got many complaints from the workers who work in a difficult situation. Management calculated their salary based on the quantity of products and this is not always fine. Many research and studies talked about the performance of the evaluation, but most of the papers did not get close to the real evaluation. In this book, we presented different data mining techniques, then these techniques worked together to predict one result. By applying this result, the complaints of workers have decreased by 15% in seven months. The study did not ignore any attributes, the attributes handled in the algorithms of data mining to extract the important knowledge about the performance of evaluation for the workers in Libyan company.

Ho iniziato a lavorare come assistente dal 2006, poi sono diventata docente nel 2009 e nel 2013 ho ottenuto una borsa di studio per iniziare gli studi di dottorato in ingegneria dei sistemi industriali. Ho pubblicato molti articoli e partecipato a molte conferenze sia in Libia che negli Stati Uniti. Nel 2018 sarò dottore in Ingegneria dei sistemi industriali presso la Binghamton Universit.
