For more than two decades, the African Great Lakes Region has been mired in armed conflict, the dramatic effects of which are concentrated in eastern DRC. Our study, based on the method of geoponic analysis, has proceeded by deconstructing the complex aspects of the current situation from 2010-2020, with a view to understanding, at each scale of the problem, the fate of the victims of the war in the east of the country, the posture of the national government, the attitude, motivation and strategy of the aggressors, the behavior of nationals who are objects of foreign manipulation, the purpose of the sponsors, etc. The study shows that the DRC is in a state of chaos programmed by the predators of its natural resources, operating on the ground under the cloak of agents at their service, notably Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda, three of the DRC's neighbors who are themselves in the grip of geographical determinism. The consequences of this study are dramatic in humanitarian, security, political, economic, social and cultural terms.
