About our author Jacqueline Bauman-Waengler has been a professor for more than 25 years. Her main teaching and clinical emphases are phonetics and phonology, including disorders of articulation and phonology in children and child language disorders. She has published and presented widely in these areas both nationally and internationally. In addition to the 6th Edition of Articulation and Phonology in Speech Sound Disorders: A Clinical Focus, Professor Bauman-Waengler has also published Introduction to Phonetics and Phonology: From Concepts to Transcription (2009) with Pearson.
