Autorenporträt
Dr. Maximilian Eder is a Research Associate at the Department of Media and Communication, LMU Munich, focusing on artificial intelligence in local journalism. He is also an honorary Research Fellow of the Bundeswehr University Munich. His main research interests include (digital) journalism practice, political journalism, and scandalization dynamics in media. Dr. Helle Sjøvaag is a Professor of Journalism at the University of Stavanger, Norway. Her research focuses on journalism, media economics, digital infrastructures, datafication, and regulation of the communication industries. Her most recent book is The Markets for News: Enduring Structures in the Age of Business Model Disruptions (Routledge, 2023).
