What's the big fuss about sex, anyway? This series of poignant and hilarious comic strips share the author's stories of moments that, in retrospect, served as dead giveaways of her asexuality before she knew it was a thing. From missed signals to treating sex like a "character study," from consulting doctors to illuminating Tumblr explorations ("maybe I'm just bisexual"), these honest and relatable depictions of ace orientation offer laughs alongside insight into a frequently misunderstood experience. Read comics, dismantle compulsory sexuality culture, have fun!

Autorenporträt
Caitlin Cook, also known as "cooklin," is a writer, journalist, and cartoonist based in Vancouver, Washington. Drawing from her own experiences and the input of others, she makes non-fiction comics about topics that are personally important to her and do not get enough attention in the mainstream. These topics include clinical depression, asexuality, and religious deconstruction, all told with a deliberate blend of humor and sentimentality and propped up by her deceivingly simple drawing style. She is originally from the Midwest and loves cats, movies, and internet culture.
