This book describes about necessity for this research work, field survey, primary and secondary data collection, data interpretation of all six blocks of Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh. Carbon sequestration potential (CSP) of agroforestry systems is 0.30 Mg C ha-1yr-1. It means, 34647 ha area of agroforestry can offset 38146.34 tonne CO2 annually at district level from agroforestry system.

Dr. Brijpal Singh Rajawat completed his Ph.D (Agroforestry) from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, U.P., India. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor in Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, U.P., Dr. Vinit Kumar working as Professor & Head at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi U.P., Dr. N.K. Kushwaha working as TO at KVK, Shivpuri, M.P.
