Assessing, identifying and dealing with principals' violation of students' Rights' in secondary school administration in kogi state, Nigeria is a herculean task but it is inevitable in the contemporary Nigeria especially now that Nigerias' government is clamouring for quality education and the role education can play in the formation of students to become better citizens. The school as a social institution has the social and constitutional responsibilities of educating the students and protecting them from the abuse of their rights and privileges. To actualise this the principals and teachers' as administrators' of ever institution should be aware of students right so as not to violate this fundamental rights and privileges accorded them as students. This book, assessment of principals' violation of student's rights in secondary school administration is set out to identify, assess and address these right violation and create awareness among school administrators in the subsequentchapters. It also set out to identify fundamental human Rights as stated in the 1999 constitution.
