Descriptive statistics, Student's T and Bonferroni's ANOVA/post hoc were used to investigate associations. Good quality of life was identified in the psychological, social relations and environmental domains, and fair in the physical domain. Teachers who have been in their careers for more than 12 years, do not have a partner, do not live with their families, are under 43 years of age and work in Biology and Medicine had a compromised quality of life. Effective health promotion actions are recommended, especially for teachers with lower quality of life scores.
