Victor Olliver (author) is a leading UK-based practitioner and teacher of astrology who has edited the Astrological Association’s prestigious magazine The Astrological Journal since 2014. With a distinction diploma in astrology from London’s Mayo School, he is the author of the Lifesurfing annual forecast books and Chasing the Dragons: An Introduction to Draconic Astrology. Astrologer to The Lady, he has lectured in the US, Australia, South Africa and many parts of Europe, and is Media Officer of the Association of Professional Astrologers International which regulates ethical standards in astrology.
