Produktbeschreibung
At the Edge of the Last Sun is an intimate and universal journey through the winding paths of returning to one's roots, memory, and self-discovery. Through the character of Issa, the novel explores the complex ties between past and present, shadow and light, absence and reconciliation. Set within a vibrant and symbolic African landscape, the narrative blends poetry and realism to bring to life a deeply human quest, where every place, gesture, and word carries the strength of the ancestors and the promise of a peaceful future. This book invites reflection on the cycles of life, the nature of forgiveness, and the necessity of embracing both the wounds and the hopes that shape us. It speaks of the courage required to return, the weight of silence, and the fragile light that guides the way toward inner peace. At the Edge of the Last Sun is an ode to resilience, to the beauty of small gestures, and to the powerful bond between humankind and the land-between humankind and itself.
