Born in Hibbing, MN and now living in Neenah, WI, Joanne holds a BS in Psychology from UW-Green Bay, WI, and additionally, an AA degree in Liberal Arts from Hibbing Community College, Hibbing, MN. A versatile writer, Ms. Rupp, has published poetry, short stories, newspaper articles, and children's books. She is a certified substitute teacher in the State of Wisconsin, K-12.
