In this book, a scheme for incorporating intelligence in the form of machine vision system is reported, which will facilitate the orientation, positioning and disposal of objects as required for any specific purposes. The system module of this intelligent machine vision system employs digital signal, image acquisition system, and workplace with hardware components. The system configuration is developed using IDDE Visual DSP 4.5 by designing the dedicated software. The system has been tested using various patterns and optimal results are obtained.

Karamjit Kaur Sekhon is faculty in ECE department at Amity University Haryana. She has done PhD from Thapar University Patiala in Optical Fiber Communication.
