Autorenporträt
Joseph Wagner has over 25 years of experience teaching technicians the skills they need to be successful in the shop. Prior to teaching full time, he worked as a Volkswagen Master Technician and a Chevrolet Master Technician, as well as a shop foreman, service writer, parts consultant, and assistant manager. He has an AAS in Automotive Service Technology from Joliet Junior College, a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University, and a Masters of Education specializing in CTE from Concordia University. He is a member of the Mobile Air Conditioning Society, North American Council of Automotive Teachers, and the Illinois College Automotive Instructors Association. He lives south of Chicago with his wife and children.
