Autorenporträt
(La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz). Se dedica a la enseñanza y a la literatura infantil, su verdadera pasión. Tiene más de sesenta libros publicados. Traducidos a diferentes idiomas como gallego, catalán, vasco, portugués, francés, inglés, coreano... Recita sus poemas en colegios y bibliotecas en un espectáculo en el que se mezclan poesía, música, juego y magia. Imparte cursos de poesía y charlas sobre animación a la lectura para maestros. Ha creado el portal de Poesía Infantil Cosicosas para todos los países de habla hispana y colaborado en libros de texto de distintas editoriales (Santillana, Casals, Edelvives, SM, Planeta, Parramón...) y en revistas especializadas. Su libro La sonrisa de Daniela ha obtenido el premio 'White Raven' concedido por la Biblioteca Internacional Jugend de Munich (Alemania) y tres de sus libros han sido seleccionados por el Gobierno de México para ser repartidos en los colegios públicos. Ha publicado setenta títulos, entre ellos El libro de las hadas, El libro de los piratas y El libro de las princesas.
