Emmanuelle Kecir-Lepetit was born in 1973. Passionate about nature, she is the author of numerous non-fiction titles. Through her books, she conveys her gift of observation and wonder for simple things. Lé a Maupetit is a Paris-based French illustrator known for her vibrant, humorous style. She collaborates with international brands like Arket and The New York Times, selling her prints worldwide. Her work has been published and exhibited in galleries in Paris and China.
