Autorenporträt
Ashley Stavig has been writing for as long as she can remember, always scribbling ideas and dreaming big. She is a licensed mental health therapist who spends her days helping people understand their feelings - and sometimes even partners with horses to do it! A proud mom of three and Iowa native, she brings years of clinical experience into her writing. Her debut children's book explores interoception - the internal sense that helps us understand our feelings and bodily needs. After a deep dive of learning the art of self-publishing, she proudly brings her vision to life independently, combining her therapeutic expertise and love of writing to support children's emotional development from the inside out.
