Devra Newberger Speregen began writing children’s books when she worked as a magazine and book editor at Scholastic, Inc., and later, Disney Press and Parachute Press. She has published nearly 200 books since then—including fiction, non-fiction, biographies, puzzles and activities, movie and television tie-ins, and board and novelty books. Most notable are her popular chapter book series—Full House Stephanie, Miss O & Friends, and First Puppy—and her biographies of Albert Einstein, Adam Sandler, and Macaulay Culkin, along with her recently published licensed DIY titles—My Little Pony Get Ponified Hair, Transformers’ Give Your Old Stuff the Reboot , and MLP Bracelets for Besties—and her non-fiction, leveled readers—Eye Doctor On Call, Total Recall, and Weird & Wacky Sports.
