This descriptive cross-sectional study identified barriers to young people's access to sexual and reproductive health services in the Buhimba health area. An electronic questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using SPSS and Excel software. The results were presented clearly using tables, cross-tables, and a figure accompanied by explanatory comments. This study targeted young people aged 15 to 24, and the main objective was to identify specific barriers that hinder young people's access to SRHR in the BUHIMBA health area. The results show that 56.6% of respondents have already given up sexual and reproductive health services because the prices are higher than their income, and we say that cost is a barrier to accessing sexual and reproductive health services. With regard to the lack of public investment, 40.9% said that the lack of public investment can also hinder young people's access to sexual and reproductive health services, which is also a reason for young people's lack of access to services.
