This two-volume edited collection is intended to be a contribution to humankind s efforts to find its way out from the global long-lasting socio-economic crises that have been visible in one form or another since 2008 and has been caused by the monopolistic abuse of free markets and democracy and the replacement of the Keynesian economic model and state capitalism with neoliberalism. The carefully chosen contributions rest on three principles, that we can achieve neither social responsibility nor sustainability if we do not incorporate innovation into a given practice, the importance of non-technological and user-friendly innovations in mutual relations, and the role of technological innovations that make healthy living and work easier.
This second volume explores the systems theories that can support Innovative Sustainable Socially Responsible Society (ISSRS). Topics covered include innovative sustainable HRM, integral green society, non-financial reporting and multi-criteria evaluation for creative thinking. This academically grounded work will be of great interest to students and scholars of sustainability, innovation management, digital business and sociologists of work.
