They should be applicable and expandable for a phase of further training.This is based on the triad of training / AB establishes basic knowledge (adolescence), further training / FB updates the level of knowledge (SINUS - Youth Study) and further training / WB expands and specializes knowledge (young migrants in Austria). The phases of career entry (AB), expansion of the occupational field (FB) and finally higher qualification and specialization (WB) result from the action orientation. The study follows this pattern: Part 1 is based on basic knowledge. Part 2 updates the level of knowledge, part 3 expands and specializes the topic.
