The Mopti Health District is aware of some of the factors influencing its vaccination coverage, which are rarely measured in the population as a whole. When they are significant, many children miss out on vaccination, leading to complications. The aim of the study was to investigate the factors influencing low BCG, VAR1 and Penta3 vaccination coverage among children aged 0 to 23 months in the Mopti health district in 2021.We carried out a descriptive cross-sectional study, collecting information on 280 selected mothers, questioned about the services of the vaccination service, the vaccines received by the child before the age of two and the reasons for incompleteness using a questionnaire. Multivariate backward logistic regression analysis was performed for variables when p < 0.2 at univariate analysis using SPSS software. An association was significant when p < 0.05.Vaccine completeness was 53.08%, ranging from 94% for BCG to 79% for VAR1, 26% for VAR2, 103% for Penta1 and 83% for Penta3.
