Richard W. Jenkins, celebrated poet laureate to a number of global poetry and writing sites, is a "poet's poet." He began his love for poetry at the age of nine, when his aunt, an avid classical poet, gifted him his first taste of poetry by teaching him the English Shakespearean) Sonnet. Over the years, Richard has studied all aspects of poetry, becoming extensively educated and skilled in a wide variety of poetical styles and formats, passing along his knowledge and expertise to many. He has even created popular and widely used poetic forms of his own. Richard has finally agreed to release a few of his thousands of treasured writings for publication.
