Adv. Tsepo Phillip Lipholo holds Bachelor of Philosophy from St. Augustine's Major Seminary and Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Lesotho (NUL). Currently, he is an advocate of the Courts of Lesotho and the seminarian of the Diocese of Leribe (Lesotho).
