Becoming the world's most prolific accidental serial killer wasn't part of John Bland's Master Plan. Neither was having a crazy Australian roommate who swears he's on a Mission From God, a girlfriend for whom knowledge is an airborne pathogen, and two clueless cops who may or may not suspect him of corporate espionage. All because he wanted to prove he was smarter than the average Joe. His plan was foolproof-commit the perfect crime and get away with it. And what better crime to prove his superiority than murder? It all went sideways the minute John selected his victim. Now instead of rising above his fellow man, he's scrambling to find ways to hide the bodies while getting killing advice from the ghost of a rotgut-swilling cowboy. It's enough to make being bland look good. WARNING: This book contains violence and strong language.
Autorenporträt
As a Floridian since the age of 12, I enjoy perpetuating the myth that we're all crazy down here. I love snarky, smart-mouthed heroes, twisted humor, and watching the underdog beat the snot out of his tormentors. I'm told I do my best writing when I'm on a rant, and since I seem to be perpetually in that state, there's no way I'm not the next (female) Stephen King. Unfortunately, the universe doesn't seem to be aware of that yet. But then, what does the universe know?
